    About Savrio

    Savrio is an independent price comparison project based in Ireland. It helps shoppers and travellers see the cheapest options for electronics, fashion, holidays, flights, vehicles, hotels, car hire and homes in one place, without opening dozens of tabs.

    Savrio does not sell anything and never takes payment. When you click an offer you go to the seller's own website and buy from them.

    Savrio is still being built. Right now each page opens the sellers' own results, where the real prices are. Side-by-side price comparison is being added one section at a time.

    How Savrio makes money

    Savrio is free to use. Some sellers run affiliate programmes: if you click a link on Savrio and then buy, the seller may pay Savrio a small commission.

    Does it change the price I pay?

    No. You pay the same price as someone who went to the seller directly.

    Does it change the order of results?

    Results are ranked by price. A seller cannot pay to move up, and commission is not used to sort offers.

    Will I always be told?

    Yes. Pages with links that may earn commission carry an affiliate disclosure next to the results, and it is repeated in the footer.

    Is every link an affiliate link?

    No. Some sellers have no programme, so some links earn Savrio nothing. We still show them if they are good offers.

    Does Savrio sell products?

    No. Savrio compares offers and sends you to the seller, such as eBay or an airline, where you complete the purchase.

    Are these real prices?

    Not on Savrio itself yet. Savrio does not show invented prices. The buttons open each seller's own results, where the real, current price is. Live side-by-side prices are coming.

    How does Savrio make money?

    Some sellers pay a small commission when you buy after clicking through. It does not change the price you pay.

    How do I know a price is up to date?

    Prices can change at any time, so always check the seller's page before you buy. Live listings will show when they were last updated.

    Which countries are covered?

    You can choose from nearly 200 countries. Local currency is shown for many of them and euro for the rest.

    Is my information collected?

    This prototype does not ask for or store any personal information. Seller sites you click through to have their own privacy policies.

    Who runs Savrio?

    Savrio is run by Kevin Lee, 1 Lyndon Crescent, Donnybrook, Douglas, Cork, T12 VRX8, Ireland. Email hello@savrio.ie. Kevin Lee is the controller of any personal data described here.

    What information does Savrio collect?

    We do not ask you to create an account, and there are no forms or payments. Searches you type and the searches you choose to save stay in your own browser and are not sent to us. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, in order to deliver and protect the site. If you email hello@savrio.ie, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

    Does Savrio use cookies or tracking?

    Savrio itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you press Accept on the cookie notice, the site loads a script from Travelpayouts (a travel affiliate network) so that it can recognise that a visit came from Savrio and we can earn commission. It may use cookies or similar identifiers. If you press Reject, or do not choose, the script is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie choices" in the footer. See the privacy policy on the Travelpayouts website. We remember your choice to close the "Keep Savrio handy" note and your saved searches in your browser's local storage on your device only. If we add analytics or more affiliate tracking, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

    What happens when I click an offer?

    You leave Savrio and go to the seller's website. The seller has its own privacy policy and may use its own cookies. Some links are affiliate links, which let the seller or an affiliate network tell us that you came from Savrio, so that we can earn a commission. This never changes the price you pay.

    Your rights

    Under Irish and EU law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email hello@savrio.ie and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
